— Larry Silver, CEO, Superus Careers

ELLICOTT CITY, MD, UNITED STATES, September 9, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Superus Careers, which operates Mortgage Career Exchange as its specialized mortgage-industry division, today announced a strategic partnership with HEXA Ventures that includes a $1 million technology commitment to develop the foundation for the organization’s next stage of growth.

Nearly two years in development, the collaboration brings together Superus Careers’ recruiting experience, industry relationships, and specialized talent communities with HEXA’s expertise in product strategy, software development, artificial intelligence, data infrastructure, automation, and commercialization.

The partnership is designed to strengthen how Superus Careers serves clients and candidates today while supporting the phased development of a scalable, high-tech, high-touch recruiting platform.

The vision includes an integrated technology environment combining talent intelligence, confidential career exploration, intelligent matching, recruiting workflow automation and employer-facing tools. These capabilities will be developed in stages and applied initially to Superus Careers and its Mortgage Career Exchange division.

“Technology has never been about replacing relationships for us,” said Larry Silver, CEO of Superus Careers. “This $1 million commitment is about building the technology foundation for the next stage of Superus Careers and Mortgage Career Exchange. It will give our team better information, remove unnecessary friction, and create more time to focus on the needs of our clients and candidates.”

Mortgage Career Exchange is Superus Careers’ specialized mortgage-industry recruiting and career division. It combines recruiting services, career connections, talent programs and industry knowledge to support mortgage companies and professionals throughout the hiring and career-development process.

Technology developed through the HEXA partnership is expected to strengthen those capabilities while creating a foundation that can support additional specialized recruiting and career solutions over time.

HEXA brings extensive experience across HR technology, software development, predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, and early-stage company development. Maan Hamdan founded HRsmart in 1999 and developed it into a multinational provider of cloud-based talent-management technology before its acquisition by Deltek in 2015. HEXA’s broader ecosystem includes companies and investments across HR technology, recruiting technology, software, analytics, and go-to-market services.

“Superus Careers has the foundations strong technology companies are built on: real industry experience, established client relationships and a clear understanding of the problems employers and professionals are trying to solve,” said Maan Hamdan, Founder and Global Managing Director of HEXA. “Our role is to help translate that experience into a practical technology roadmap and scalable solutions that improve recruiting without losing the human judgment and personal engagement that make it effective.”

HEXA will support the initiative through product planning, technical architecture, software development, AI strategy, data infrastructure, workflow automation, and commercialization guidance. The collaboration will also give Superus Careers access to HEXA’s broader technology ecosystem and global business relationships.

“We were not looking for another software vendor,” Silver said. “We wanted a strategic partner that understood what we are building, why the human side of recruiting still matters and how technology can help us serve more clients, improve client and candidate experiences and scale without compromising quality.”

The companies expect to announce additional developments as the technology roadmap progresses.
